Surrey RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public in locating a missing 13 year old girl, Shawna Parman. Ms. Parman was last seen in the area of 100th Avenue and 125th Street. She is described as a Caucasian female, with blonde hair and blue eyes, of medium build, approximately 152 cm in height. When last seen, she was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. On May 23, 2006 The Langley RCMP received a report of a missing female. Langley
 resident Roxanne Margaret STOCKLY who is also known as Breanne left her foster home situated in the area of 244 Street and 56 Avenue in Langley and has not been heard from since Monday May 22, 2006. Breanne is 19 years old but she is of low functioning mental capacity and she has the thought process of a young child. Today she has not shown up for her classes at school and her foster parents are very worried about her. Breanne is not know to use drugs, she has never ran away before and she did not take any clothing or her glasses with her when she left.

Caucasian, 5'0", 120 lbs, 19 years old, blond hair and blue eyes. TEEN MISSING FROM WHITE ROCK

White Rock RCMP are requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing White
 Rock girl. Jyoti SIDHU (14 yrs.) was last seen around midnight on May 16, when she left her residence without telling anyone. She is believed to be in the company of two males in a white newer model sedan, one of the males possibly going by the name Harpreet. SIDHU was last seen by friends on May 19, but has not been seen since. Police are concerned as SIDHU has not contacted any of the people that she normally stays in touch with, and her current whereabouts are unknown. SIDHU is described as East Indian, 14 yrs. old, 5'1", 124 lbs, black shoulder length hair and brown eyes. Anyone with any information on SIDHUS whereabouts are asked to contact Cst. The Surrey RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public in locating Kathleen Rose
Slater. Ms. Slater was last seen on Wednesday, May 17th, 2006. She has not been seen since. Today, at about 18:30 hours, she made a telephone call to her sister and brother at the family residence. She stated that she was leaving town for parts unknown. She is described as a 16 year old Caucasian female, 5' 3" in height and 110 pounds in weight. She has reddish-brown shoulder length hair with blue eyes and freckles on her face. At present, there is no known clothing description of Ms. Slater when she was last seen. MISSING 16-YEAR OLD HENOK GETAHUN

left his foster parents' home in Newton on May 14th and has not returned home since. This is not the first time Henok has been reported missing, but he generally returns after one or two days. The family is understandably concerned seeing it is now almost a week that he has not made contact with them. Henok is described as a Black male, slight in build with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'8" tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs. On his left arm he has a tattoo of the Sudanese flag and on the right arm a tattoo of the Continent of Africa. ARMSTRONG YOUTH FEARED ABDUCTED

Twelve hours have now passed since police were notified of a missing 11 yr old girl from
Armstrong and police fear she may have been abducted. Last evening at 8:45 PM police were notified by the girls mother that she was long overdue from renting a video at Video Express in Armstrong. The young girl had left home some two hours prior to police being called. The family had already begun a preliminary search.A number of items belonging to the victim have been located in the parking lot behind the new Armstrong Cheese outlet and police have cordoned off the scene. Missing is Carmen KADOS ( DOB: 94/10/11 - age 11) She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, light blue shorts and green sandals. Her hair is long, blond and she has blue/green eyes. (Photos available as Images 1 & 2 below). The RCMP South-East District major crime unit has been called in to assist Armstrong Detachment in the investigation. At this time police have no suspects or suspect vehicle. POLICE APPEAL FOR PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING MISSING PAIR

The North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are appealing for the publics assistance in locating two missing teenagers, from the Duncan area. The 16 year old female and 17 year old male (descriptions below) are both described as being mentally challenged. The pair are believed to have boarded a bus in Duncan, bound for Victoria on Wednesday, May 10th, 2006. Police believe the pair remain in the Victoria area, and are concerned for their overall safety, and increased vulnerability.

13-YEAR OLD LANGLEY GIRL ATTACKED

RCMP are urging parents to protect their children after a masked man grabbed a 13-year-old Langley girl while she was biking and tried to sexually assault her. The girl was riding at around 10 p.m. Wednesday in pathways that run through the Nicomekl flood plain near 205th Street and 51B Avenue when a man in a black ski mask came out of the bush and shoved her off the bike, Const. Amanda Dodd of Langley RCMP said. "The male attempted to sexually assault the female and a struggle ensued," she said. "The victim was able to scream for assistance and was aided by her two brothers, who were also in the area at the time." The assailant fled on foot but a police dog couldn't track him. The girl was traumatized, but suffered only a minor injury, Dodd said. PERVERT STRIKES TWICE

The first attack occurred in the 12200-block Edge Street just after midnight when the man, aged 40 to 45 with sandy-brown, collar-length hair, sexually grabbed a woman who ran away. A few hours later a man with a similar description attempted to lure another woman into a treed area in the same location. |

POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEXUAL OFFENDER

At approximately 1130 p.m. on 2006-04-16 an 18 year old female walking in the 600 block of Whiting Way was approached from behind by a male who grabbed at her genital area and attempted to force her into the bushes along the west side of the road. The victim was able to fight off her assailant who fled on foot south on Whiting Way and then west towards North Rd at Brookmere Ave. The suspect is described as caucasian male, 17-18 years of age, brown eyes (described as not indicating drug use), narrow face, no facial hair. He was wearing a toque, light blue hoodie with white stripes on the sleeves and writing on the back, blue jeans, and white running shoes. The hood was up and toque was pulled down. Police want the public to be aware that this offender is out there. Women must be cautious and be aware of your surroundings. High Risk Sex Offender Arrested

High Risk Sex Offender Arrested: Members of the Integrated Sexual Predator Observation Team, (ISPOT), arrested a Vincent Anthony NG in North Vancouver on March 22, 2006. NG was released from prison on March 20 2006 with four months left to serve. NG is considered a high risk to re-offend. He was living in North Vancouver after release. On March 22 ISPOT investigators observed NG breech his conditions of release within minutes of locating and following him. Details of the offences cannot be disclosed in detail. The allegations include attending a type of business he was not allowed to frequent, and inappropriate behaviour in a public place. Police will release his photo in order to generate any further information about NGâs criminal behaviour. The Vernon RCMP are asking the publics assistance in locating a missing person
 The Vernon RCMP is asking for the publics help in locating a Psych patient that has walked away from the Hospital. Heather HARRIS was last seen around noon on the 22nd when she walked away from the Vernon Hospital where she was being treated.
HARRIS is described as a white female 18 years old 5â1â tall and weighs about 105 lbs with ear length black hair she wears a lot of eye makeup and walks with a limp; she was last seen wearing a powder blue hoody and blue jeans.
Checks done with her friends and relatives have failed to locate her and so the police are hoping the public will be able to assist them in finding her.

The Prince Rupert RCMP is asking for the public help in locating a missing female. Sabrina Valerie Hope BURTON is 15 years old and was last seen at her residence in the early hours of Friday March 24th. Sabrina is describe as caucasian female, 5'4", 130 lbs, green eyes, auburn hair with blonde streaks in her bangs. Her hair is short in the back and longer in the front. She was wearing a green military style jacket, green turtleneck sweater, black t-shirt, blue jeans and doc marten shoes. She is believed to be riding her bike, which is a grey mountain bike, and wearing a small backpack/purse.

RCMP Seek Assistance in locating missing 16 year old
On March 5th, 2006 Lauren FANNING was reported missing from a foster home in White Rock, B.C. Since that time FANNING has not returned home although she has maintained sporadic phone contact with her foster parents. At this time FANNING does not appear to be in any danger and it appears that she is associating with unknown friends in the Surrey, B.C. area. FANNING is possibly frequenting the Surrey Central Skytrain area and possibly accompanied by a male known only as "Andy." Information obtained by police also suggests that FANNING may be residing at a residence near the intersection of 133A Street and 104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. FANNING has also been known to frequent the Langley, B.C. area as well. FANNING has been reported missing from the foster home before but normally returns in 1-2 days and as such this is out of character. FANNING is described as a caucasian female, 16 years of age, 5'2", 115 lbs, strawberry blonde hair and green eyes. FANNING is also described as having a slim build who often wears her hair in a bun. There is no current photo of FANNING available at this time. FANNING is known to wear a significant amount of black eyeshadow or mascara as well as red makeup on her eyes. FANNING is also known by the nickname "Bloody." White Rock RCMP would like to locate FANNING and ensure she is returned home as soon as possible. On March 13, 2006 at 4:00 PM the Langley RCMP was advised that Adora WOODHOUSE had made contact with her care givers. She has not returned to her forster home but she no longer considered as missing.
Background:
On March 9, 2006 The Langley RCMP received a report of a missing female. Langley resident Adora Alice WOODHOUSE left her foster home situated in the area of 198 Street and 16th Avenue in Langley and has not been heard from since March 6, 2006. She may be hanging around Willingdon Avenue and Hastings Street area in Burnaby, as she has been known to go there in the past. Her foster family is worried about her as they have not had contact with her in several days and she did not take any of her clothing away with her.

Where is Chloe GAUVIN ?
RCMP are asking the publics assistance in locating 16 year old Chloe GAUVIN.GAUVIN left her home at 6 am Monday and travelled with a girlfriend to the Covenant House in Vancouver to see friends. Witnesses have told investigators that 16 year Chloe was seen leaving Covenant House with an unknown 20 year old male. RCMP investigators are concerned because Chloe has mental health issues and does not function with the mental ability of a young woman her age, but rather that of a nine year old. Heres what police are looking for; 16 year old female born September 5th, 1989. She stands 5'3" tall, weighs 151 lbs. She has long black hair and currently has acne in the facial area. She was wearing a white cotton jacket, grey shirt, grey cotton track pants and black and white leather runners. Burnaby RCMP have placed GAUVIN on the Canada wide data base as MissingWe are asking any morning commuters, bus drivers, taxi and service drivers to be on the lookout for this young woman. We are greatly concerned that this young woman is vulnerable to predators who may want to take advantage of her. . |

HIGH RISK OFFENDER ADVISORY
The Vancouver Police Department is warning the public that Richard Hector MAJOR
poses a HIGH RISK of significant harm to the safety of male and female children, as well as elderly and adult women in the City of Vancouver. MAJOR, being released from custody today, December 2nd, 2005, will be residing in the City of Vancouver. Major has an extensive record of convictions for sex- and violence-related offences that raises concern for public safety and In 1991 MAJOR was convicted for sexually assaulting an elderly woman. He assaulted her at knifepoint after beating the elderly woman with her own cane. Just 23 days after his release in 2002 he tried to abduct a woman during a carjacking in. MAJOR has not completed any sex offender treatment programs while incarcerated and is considered a high risk to reoffend.
