Paul Douglas CALLOW,
Alias: Jack ALVEREZ born 1954-August-05 (Age: 52)
Aboriginal Male: Height -5'4", Weight: 124 lbs
Paul Douglas CALLOW has convictions for sexually assaulting
adult females after entering their residences via balcony
doors and threatening them with a knife. He is being released
on Friday, February 23, 2007 and will reside in Surrey,
B.C.
CALLOW is bound by several Court-imposed conditions including:
• Keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
• He must immediately advise the Probation Officer
about any woman with whom he resides or has an intimate
relationship and consent to that woman being informed of
his criminal history in the presence of the Probation Officer.
• He is not to possess, own or carry any weapon, including
but not limited to any firearm, crossbow, prohibited weapon,
restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited
ammunition or explosive substance, and any related authorizations,
licenses and registration certificates.
• He is not to possess any knives except for the immediate
preparation and consumption of food; nor be in possession
of any rope, tape, electrical wire, gloves, pliers or other
methods of restraint, except while at his place of employment,
while traveling between job sites and in the course of employment.
• He must only reside in a place approved of by a
Probation Officer and must not change residence without
the prior written permission of a Probation Officer.
• He is not to consume or possess alcohol or any controlled
substances as defined by the Controlled Drugs and Substances
Act, excluding prescription medication prescribed to him
by a licensed physician or dentist.
• He is not to enter any licensed premises or establishment
where alcohol is the primary commodity for sale unless for
the purpose of performing as a musician at such a place.
• He is not to be outside his residence between the
hours of 11 pm and 6 am daily except for employment purposes
and with the prior written permission from the Probation
Officer. He must present himself at the door at the request
of any Peace Officer, to monitor compliance with this condition.
• He must remain within the Province of British Columbia
unless prior written permission to go outside the Province
is obtained from the Court or the Probation Officer.
• He will have no contact, directly or indirectly,
with any of the individuals whom he has been convicted of
sexual assault.
• He is not to enter the Province of Ontario without
prior permission from the Courts and, if such is obtained,
to carry that written permission with him at all times and
present it on being stopped or questioned by any Peace Officer.

Paul CALLOW - UPDATE - Place of Residence
Further to the release provided earlier today, authority
has been granted to advise media outlets as to general
area within Surrey that Mr. Callow will be residing.
It is the understanding of the RCMP in Surrey that Paul
Callow will be taking up residence in the Newton area.
Privacy Act issues prevent the police from providing
a specific address. With the ongoing concern for the potential
of this individual to re-offend, it was deemed necessary
that our community and in particular the people in and
around Newton be properly advised.
