Suspicious Male - stalking

On November 7, 2006 at approximately 2030 hours, a female reported that she was being followed by a male in a white vehicle. She was running in the area of 140th to144th Street and 16th to 20th Avenue (Softball City) when she noticed this vehicle following her. At one point the suspect got out of the vehicle and was running behind her. The female chose to run towards the residences while the suspect ran off into a forested area. The suspect followed the woman for 8 blocks.

At no time did he grab or attempt to grab the female. As the traffic was heavy, this may have prevented the suspect from doing anything further.

The suspect is described as:
Caucasian, 25 - 30 years old, 6' in height, average build (about 185 - 190 lbs)short hair, clean cut.
wearing - a black base ball cap, grey hoody, runners and soccer shorts.

The vehicle description: No plate obtained.
White, older vehicle, smaller like a Firefly, Swift or Chevette, 2 door with possible chrome bumpers
