You Recognize the Person in this Composite Drawing?

Location: Kingsway Avenue and 14th Avenue, Burnaby
On January 1, 2007 at approximately 07:10 am, a 19 year
old female got off a bus at 14th avenue and Kingsway in
Burnaby. She was the only person to get off at this location.
She noticed a male walking towards her direction . She
then crossed Kingsway Avenue from the south side to the
north. The female did not see anyone else or hear anyone
coming up behind her. A male then groped her. The female
dropped her cell phone which this male then picked up
and ran away with.
The description of this suspect is as follows:
-Caucasian male,
- mid. 20's-early 30's.
- He was approximately 5'9 tall with a skinny build.
- He wore a black hoody, and dark coloured pants.
-He had slight light coloured eye brows, and was clean
in appearance but looked tired or under the influence
of something.

Hopefully someone may have an idea whom this person could
be!!
