Coquitlam RCMP Looking for Help to Id Sexual Offenders

Coquitlam - Monday morning at around 1:15 a.m. two 15 year old girls, one from Langley and one from Coquitlam, were walking through Lafarge Lake Park in Coquitlam when they were accosted by three males who were armed with a knife and a baseball bat. The men ran toward them and demanded money. They had no money so one of the men took a necklace and jacket from one of the girls. The men demanded the girls take their tops of. They refused and tried to run off. The men ran after them and struck them in the legs with the bat. While on the ground one of the males reached inside one of the girls shirts and groped her. The three men ran off.

They are described as;

1) white male, 6'0", short brown hair, wearing jeans and a black leather jacket - this male was in possession of a knife, 6" to 8" long with a black handle

2) asian male, 6'0", wearing jeans, carrying a baseball bat

3) white male, 6'0", wearing a bomber style jacket
