The Surrey RCMP received a report at 10:15pm on June 10, 2006 of a missing 10 year old boy, Kodie HALPERN. HALPERN was last seen on the evening of June 9, 2006.
The Complainant, Phyllis RADAKOVICH, called the Surrey RCMP to report that her 10 year old son, Kodie HALPERN, failed to return home after attending a pre-teen dance at the Tom BINNIE Community Recreation Centre located at 10700 135 Street on Friday evening, June 09, 2006. Kodie HALPERN had been driven to the dance by a friends mother, but was not driven home. Friends have advised that HALPERN remained at the Recreation Centre. All checks with friends have produced negative results in locating HALPERN. HALPERN has not been seen or heard from since Friday evening.

Description of Missing Person:
Kodie HALPERN (Date of Birth: 1996-02-22)
Caucasian male, short brown hair, brown eyes, approximately 142 cm tall, 50 kgs.

According to friends, HALPERN was last seen wearing the following clothing:
-grey T-shirt with a crown logo that resembled the "Crown Royal" insignia. "Coastal Riders" written on the front of the shirt
-black and grey board shorts that went slightly below his knees
-white Hi-top running shoes

HALPERN was not in possession of any identification or money. Please find a photograph attached. HALPERN is the person to the far left in the photograph, wearing the grey shirt. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kodie HALPERN is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
